Copying a page from a module: how?

I need to copy several pages from a module I just purchased (Rime of the Frostmaiden) but trying to copy the pages in question simply makes a blank page with the same settings as the copied page. So I tried manually copy and pasting things over but the layers don't line up (I copied the map/background first, had to adjust it to make it fit new page which was annoying; then pasted the tokens page and it didn't line up at all, plus no way to easily move it bc each item is individual and there is a lot of stuff). Now I'm reading something about "transmogrify" which apparently is a good workaround but requires pro access?? My questions: 1. Is there an easy way to copy a page that my google searching didn't find? 2. Is there a way to transmogrify without a pro membership? I just want to go on the record as stating that if it turns out that in order to copy a page I need to pay a higher monthly fee then I feel that is the very definition of bait-and-switch. Any reasonable person would assume that the ability to copy a page from a module they purchased (for $50 no less) should be easy and free. Now it looks like it's a huge chore and costs more than the Plus membership I currently have. On an unrelated note is there a way to get a full refund on all my Roll20 purchases thus far? Thanks!!

1. No. Copy Page is poorly named, and merely means "make new page with these settings" That being said, copy and paste should have worked. When pasting, the items will be centered on your last mouse click. Clicking on the middle of the page before pasting should keep things from falling off the edges of an identically-sized page. Selecting all and dragging while holding the alt key down should keep things from snapping where you don't want them. It takes a little more time, but it's perfectly doable. 2. No, That's one of the features you get with a higher subscription tier. If you need to make a new copy of a page in a new game, you can make as many game copies as you wish and delete what you don't need. If you wish to freely move entire pages around between existing games, this is a Pro feature. Sorry I didn't have any better answers, but that's the way it works. All that being said, what is it that you are trying to accomplish (i.e. why did you need to copy the page)? There might be other solutions to the problem. Regarding refunds, you can write to team@roll20.net, or file a Help Center Request . Depending on what you have purchased, the reason for its return, and the amount of stuff being returned, you may have some success. (Ex. purchases in error, defective item, misrepresentation, poor quality, etc.). Roll20 is usually pretty lenient on the reasoning on individual items, but returning everything you have ever bought doesn't seem likely. Good luck, though.
