If we draw interest from parts of EU that time difference is not an issue, we shall see how it can work. I aspire to build a group of individuals both with a skill to be players and DMs. Hopefully, we can run a model that I call "roulette", where each person build their own character and each time one of the persons, is selected at random and runs a campaign with the rest of the group. The none playing character will be in downtime, that once he jumps back into the campaign, will have gained the same xp like the the rest of the characters that had been playing The group won't be more than 6 persons in total (each time 5 players at max).
