Can I create a Celestial Warlock?

My DM allowed us (first timers) to give up a powerful artifact to re-roll our characters from level 1 to level 7. Since we were all new we all went for damage dealing and we lack healing, I was looking around on google and found a Celestial Warlock, although I can't seem to figure out how to make it in charcter creation screen.P.S. I'm a Tiefling Warlock. (Also I couldn't search the forums for some reason, kept getting back an error)

Assuming this is 5e D&D, and you're using the Charactermancer: you or your DM needs to own the Xanathar's Guide to Everything compendium from the Roll20 marketplace to make that stuff available in the Charactermancer.  Alternatively, you can forgo using the charactermancer and copy the text in yourself. You'll need to drag spells in from the compendium, but as long as you understand the character creation rules, you can insert anything you want!
