Players not staying with the Player Ribbon

Been running a weekly game on Roll20 since March and in general it's worked very well, but I ran into a problem during last night's session that I can't figure out. We were running a large, complex map and I decided to use the really cool script here to create "teleporters" to move the tokens around different levels on the map. After a few hours of testing and config, everything seemed to work fine. But when it came time to run the game, it got messed up. Three of my players worked just fine but the other three could not see their tokens on the map where the player ribbon was. Even worse, they COULD put their tokens on other maps where the player ribbon was not (which I didn't think was possible).  Part of the script install requires putting player tokens in multiple places on the map, which get "activated" (moved to token layer) or "deactivated" (moved to GM layer) as they teleport around, so I deleted all of them to see if that fixed the problem. No dice. Neither did any amount of reloading the page, or reassigning tokens to players, or disabling the script. I did create a new game and invited one of the players that had this issue over and the new game worked just fine. Any ideas on what went wrong? It seems right now my only option is to create an entire new game and import everything over, which is a ton of work I'd rather not do.

It sounds like the script takes advantage of the Split the Party feature. Go through the link, and you should be able to figure out how to get everyone back together. :)
That actually worked! I had no idea that feature was implemented. All I had to do was drag them back to the ribbon itself and they're back with the party.  Unfortunately it means we did most of Skyreach Castle without a map, but at least we can do the final battle together!
