Overlay Bug - Persistent Tooltip

When Switching Maps if you hover over the gear symbol, the tooltip is persistent and does not disappear until you reload the Page! Same goes for EVERY Tooltip that is there to be displayed... I am using Chrome but this bug appears in Firefox and other Browsers, too!

This is an ancient error. Reports of this go back up to 4 years like  here . At this rate I don't think it will ever be fixed sorry.

Sad, but true... should not be that hard to fix but oh well...

I think the issue is that they don't know what is causing it, or at least I think I saw a dev post along those lines a while back.  I can say that for me it is really intermittent.  I might not experience that for weeks, and then I will have it happens several times in one session.  There is no common thread that I have been able to determine.

Lets put it this way: Depending on the position of the tooltip it can be ignored. Other than that, you have to reload. As a player not that big of a deal. As a GM ... for every reload every opened Character sheet / open handout etc. is closed and needs to be reopened... THIS is the annoying part... And it is SAD, that the Devs have no clue on how to fix it... Also, Yes @Kraynic, this is a really old Problem but it happens on music, tokens, sheets... Maybe those tooltips need a timeout?
