I've been running GM-for-hire games for the past couple of years, as well as being a GM for over a decade. I have roleplayed and GMed for a wide range of individuals and focus my efforts to create a welcoming, exciting game for all individuals at the table. What I offer Pre-Generated or Custom games for groups of players A transparently inclusive game, welcoming individuals of any or no gender, sexualities, etc and aiming to include individuals of such diverse natures in the game (I myself am in the LGBTQ+ umbrella) A willingness and wish to include and discuss individuals players' own cultural touchstones in their characters' portrayals should they wish to include and explore them A Code of Conduct which protects both GM and players, encouraging open communication (where sensible) as the first step in solving problems and allowing individuals to learn empathy from one another. This is available on request for interested parties. Comfort in both "Theatre of the Mind" and Roll20 portrayals of games as necessary on a per-encounter basis, with Roll20 for dice rolls A free introductory session/session zero to go over character creation and answer any questions, including ensuring everyone understands the safety tools to be used How to play: Zoom Meetings is used for audio and visual discussion with players. - If all players request another format, that can be explored. Roll20 is used for maps, tokens and dice. For the benefit of some neurodiverse individuals, but to respect individuals' privacy, cameras are encouraged but are not mandatory.
