Hey Folks! I’m Sherlock (35+, EST) and I am an experienced player
who is looking for a fun, social group to play some weekend 5e games. I am a
cooperative, supportive player who can contribute to all aspects of the game
without hogging the spotlight or inserting my personal agenda over that of the
group. My playstyle is inclined towards the more shadowy, stick-and-move types
of classes with a preference for a mix of tactical Combat, Roleplay, and Exploration
(although I am willing and able to lean into one or the other). My philosophy
towards the Rules is that of the Rule of Fun/Rule of Cool, understanding that
the rules are a framework from which you operate rather than constraints or
restrictions. I can get along with most people, although I have little patience
for bullies, big egos, or Rules Lawyers. For what it’s worth, I DM’d much more
frequently than I have played, especially in 5e. That said, I could be willing
to run some games as well (I have a few).
