Numenera One Shot Tomorrow 6 PM EST

Hey, I've seen some Numenera Interest on here lately and I'd like to run a game tomorrow. I'm enjoying GMing Numenera and want to get some practice on it some more before trying to make an extended campaign of it, so I'd like to run the Nightmare Switch adventure tomorrow. Any one interested? It's a blast, willing to spend the ten minutes it takes to explain the system to new comers and I've run it before so I like to see how players will respond differently this time around.

I am very interested. I have the book and gave it a skim through, but have not played the game yet. I would love to give it a more through read tonight and build a character for tomorrow if you still have room. =)

How long would the session be? I have another game later that night (around 10 or 11pm EST) but I've read through the player's guide of Numenera and was interested in trying it out myself.

This adventure runs between 3-4 hours, it was the one Monte Cook used at cons when first showing the game to complete new comers. So I don't see it possibly making it past 10:30.

That would work for me. I'd like to play! :D

Found this, was interested... and when I clicked the link I realized I'm apparently already a part of it? Which made me question my sanity, then Roll20's workings. Then my sanity again. In any case, I'm interested. I was hoping to get to play the game before I start GMing it, so despite the doubts as to my mental health, I guess I'll... be there?

Suresh it's quick to make a character, like under twenty minutes so I didn't plan on making pregens. There's online tools to make it easier and part of the fun is making the kind of bizarre combinations (For example a Charming Jack who Howls at the Moon.) I'll check in to the character creation thread every hour or two to help with any questions. I kind of want to keep this under 6 people though, I know most people just clicked on the link to check it out, but if 11 people show up there's no GM in the world that could entertain or keep the cohesive enough to be followable.

I've run for 10 focused players, but 11 is way too much. I like 4 or 5, if I can.
