Stuck on black loading screen is *not* resolved

Hi there, The previous thread marks this as resolved, but I'm still having the problem. I'm running Firefox 82.0.2 on Windows 10 Pro version 2004. On my desktop PC only (on laptop I get no such issues), when I try to launch a campaign, I get the black screen "Loading..." and it just stops there. I tried clearing my cache and restarting Firefox; it made no difference. I have tried disabling all extensions and restarting Firefox; it makes no difference. Please Help me!

Are you the GM and the creator? Do you have this problem in other games or just one? If the problem is that the game is trying to load an extremely large map or one with extremely DL, you can sometimes resolve this with a  Dummy Account . Just log on with a dummy account, and if it can get in, promote it to GM and use it to turn off DL on the map page, or if necessary, delete it. The main account might be able to join then. If the problem page is the one with the player flag on it, this might not work, but it's worth a shot. If this fails to resolve it, the best bet is to file a  Help Center Request . The dev team is not guaranteed to see an issue posted in forum, but if you file the request, it will make a ticket. I'll post the standard triage steps below. they help to isolate the problem, and tell how to capture a console log, which will help the dev team find the underlying issue. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Ok. Solved Uninstalling and re installing Firefox after clearing windows Registry. Strange. Thanks.
