Ok, we are making progress. That is an important detail that you see a quick spinning circle, but it disappears without showing the full size image. Keep that detail with your bug report on this, if you have to report this again. Fact (from the background of Roll20 if you didn't know this): When you upload an image, Roll20 is meant to store your original image as "orig.png" (or orig.jpg ) and Roll20 generates medium size version ( med.png ) and thumbnail size ( thumb.png ) and maximum (Max.png). This saves loading time because it only loads (for your players) the size that is needed for the zoom level they are at. Roll20 is supposed to store your image in copies: Thumb, Med, Original, and Max. Your issue: Original size (orig.jpg) is not loadable on the broken pictures. Pressing "Z" attempts to display the Original.PNG version. Evidences: Your "Flask of Glue" card graphic, works in Medium size: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/172495905/-7osrzshckjvtaJSHjK7iw/med.jpg?1603424309 Broken in "Original" size: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/172495905/-7osrzshckjvtaJSHjK7iw/orig.jpg?1603424309 Possible cause: Did you delete images from your Library to free up space on your account? If yes, that might be what caused this. If NO, then there was some other bug, glitch, when you uploaded and it generated the alternate files, or thereafter, your Original of the broken cards, became corrupted, or deleted, or lost, or unloadable for some reason. The repair method: Either upload the entire card-deck anew (Ouchy! lotta work).... Or identify the broken cards, go to that Card's setting in the Card Deck's configuration, delete that card, and reupload that card (for each broken card). Depending on your answer, (you deleted, or a glitch happened), I would want to ask you to report your BUG again if it's the glitch so that roll20 can look into it officially. If you can, write back, lemme know what happens. Best wishes.
