5e character sheet question

https://gyazo.com/67dd30cd3c5228999621f64a5ae3e602 this is the character sheet we are using. When I try and do the charactermancer, its missing so much. Like for background, the only two options I had were acolyte and custom. When I try and multiclass with wizard, the only subclass I can choose is evocation. Can someone explain what is going on and how I can make this not so tedious? Dndbeyond can do it no problem but apparently I can't import that directly over into roll20.
Did you purchase any of the compendiums? If so, make sure the compendiums are enabled for this game. If not, you'll only have access to what's on the SRD.
Well that really sucks. Maybe the DM will just let me use dndbeyond :D also ty for the answer

You don't necessarily need to own it. If the DM owns the content, they can share it with the players in their game (assuming they haven't hit their sharing limit), from the game settings page.
We ran into this issue as well. The DM shared the PHB compendium with us and it opened up all of the Backgrounds and Sub-Classes. Highly recommended, it makes everything much easier to have it in the Character Sheet.
