[LFG][AD&D 2e] Experienced player interested in dabbling into old school

Good day, I have more than 5 years experience playing D&D 5e, and I have played on Roll20 a couple years back. I'd like to experience the real old school experience by playing AD&D 2e, as I heard it's one of the best. I would love to try some of the old modules. I have never played any of the older editions, but I have watched a couple games and have read through the player's manual once. I would mainly need help building the character but should be fine-ish for the rest. My characters are known for their casual personalities and for thinking outside of the box. I'm 100 % open to mature themes, various settings and whatnot. I am available most weekday nights after 6PM EST and weekends.

We've got a gaming group of AD&amp;D 2nd Edition enthusiasts (mostly the sorts of people who go around saying 2E rules system with AD&amp;D "old school modules" is one of the best ways to role play). Join our discord chit-chat link from there, and you can join some conversations about new 2e campaigns forming. There is "Dark Sun" on offer now (a specific setting), we just had another new campaign "Known World" setting, filled-up and started playing yesterday. There will be more games coming along.
