It is correct. Almost all of the 5e books are priced the same as the hardbacks. In addition to the text of the rules, it also comes with charactermancer stuff built in, tokens, and usually other items that make it better than hardback. Though dndbeyond is definitely the cheaper option and probably way better deal for players. GMs would probably get more money's worth from the roll20 version since they can turn on compendium sharing for their games.
