Grid Gone - Google Search Didn't Help

I am running the Descent into Avernus adventure for my players. On one map alone, in the Dungeon of the Dead the grids are gone. All other maps have grids except this one. They have vanished. I have logged in and out, checked and unchecked the grid, all sorts of things I have found on Google and yet I cannot for the life of me get the grid back. I am very confused. 

Did you check that the grid color didn't get set to transparent, or a color that blends in with the map?

Did the map get moved to the token layer, which would put it above the grid?

there is an "Opacity" slider for grid visibility, on the Page settings dialog.... All the way to the LEFT is invisible but existing grid. In the middle you can see the grid normally. Slider all the way to the right, makes the grid lines quite bold and bright looking.
