Possibly I've lost my way...? (New here, need mentors!)

TL:DR first off. New to roll20. I know how NOTHING works here. If that turns you off, hit the back button on the ole browser. If not, read on... I am, and have been for many years , a player of D&D, (5e recently, this is what we will focus on)  more recently, forced into a DM position by my group. Apparently I'm gooder at the things that make the stories and the mcguffins that make the magicks and whatnot. My problem is that I have a lot of expectant players, and I am not an experienced DM. What I seek is a party of very experienced roll20ers that can both teach me how the site works, and roast my ass when I am a crap DM. Yes, I realize this is a lot to ask but...perhaps... you may gain more than you venture? If you are bold, that is...

I would like to clarify a few things, as an afterthought. I am in the Central US timezone, however, I work night shift. This makes things a little difficult for organizing parties, I realize... I work, my timezone, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday, 7 pm to 7 am. I am from Texas, expect your farmer NPCs to have some great voices. Thank you.

Are you looking for players to form a new group with you as DM or to join an existing group you already have...?  Are you only looking at 5e or any edition of D&D?  If existing group, what kind of campaign is in play?

Hey, thanks for your time. I'm looking for, preferably, a group of players to join me, as DM. Really, a group of OOC harsh, metagaming folks to point out my flaws to make me a better DM. I am only...let's say... proficient enough in 5e. After my first post, I've developed enough of my world for at least 3 long sessions.

Hey there. So you're looking for a solid co-gm? Because I can maybe help out there. I am very comfortable with roll20 and I'm comfortable with being a DM for many games. I don't know when you were looking to run a game but it looks from your schedule that you're available Sundays, that would work really well for me. Let me know if I can help.

I'm definitely interested, and it was suggested elsewhere that I watch some tutorials on how things work here, if only to get a basic grasp before diving in. I'm going to do just that tonight. Oh, and Sunday is absolutely perfect.
