Global Darkness (Lightning) Slider for each map

It would be really useful to have a slider in the map options menu to give light or darkness in a percentual way to the actual map. Daylight would be 100 percent and complete darkness 0 percent. So we could use the same map for day, twilight and night without using big PNGs as a layer in the background.

I would agree that this would very useful. i've just had to tell my party, that it's technically 'night' now... even though my battlemap for the rando encounter is happening at night...

In combination with API you could simulate sunrise.

I love the idea and would like see this feature implemented. We're using roll20 for our Shadowrun group and normally the sun isn't anormal thing you see when looking to the sky ;) So managing the light in this way would improve the immersion I guess.  Thanks in advance Chummers 

Yes please was thinking this would work great with the "Light Multiple" setting they added!!!! Also set global defaults....0 Darkness, 50% dim light, 100% bright light :)
