Player's Leaving

Is there a way as a GM to notate onto someone's profile that they just leave games with no heads up. I have had it happen a couple of times and would love to be able to put a mark on someone's profile so the next time they try to join a game a DM can read what other dm's have said about them in past games. I'm tired of people joining one sessions, then leaving without saying anything. It is rude and inconsiderate and I would just love to have the ability to at least put a mark on them so that future DMs don't have the same issue.

I believe there have been quite a few posts about voting mechanics on this site; all to be said no to because of possible abuse. I think voting is nice but I doubt we will be getting it on this site. I have experienced my fair share of bad etiquette on all sides. Good luck, you may need to use another website like reddit or a discord.
It sounds like badluck for getting unreliable people.  More importantly, what are the details on the game they have left and how do i replace them.

No you can't.  I've experienced this many many times.  Sometimes player join discord and then disappear.  Sometimes you see they just drop without a word.  Sometimes it's after 1 or 2 sessions.  It's part of the virtual TT experience.  No way around it.  Sometimes I've gotten lucky and got groups that are really good together just sheer luck and other times it becomes a revolving door where 1 or 2 players are constantly joining seeming each week.   What I've noticed is that for ongoing campaigns it becomes harder and harder to keep a group together because the new players aren't as an engaged.  They've missed quite a bit of the campaign and so the process of replacing players continues.  The new players play for a few sessions and then aren't engaged and leave.  I've learned to end those campaigns and reboot with the dedicated players, finding and spending more time vetting new players, setting expectations.  I got lucky this last time.  I ended descent, kept the core group and found new players that all work well together.  No drops since I've done this.
Keep in mind, we are not in the military or high school anymore, so no captive audience and we are at the mercy of fate more or less when it comes to players joining our games or leaving. But do not fret, it might take a few months but you should have a stable group by then. I run three campaign, they are free, I believe this is a hobby not a job, in each of my campaigns it took a couple of months to stabilize the groups. It is a pain in the balls but if you are dedicated and really like this cool ass hobby, then you will be ok if you stick to your guns.

Greyhawk is right on the money.  It takes time.  I've started spending more time vetting new players, being very direct that if you're dipping your toe in the water go somewhere else, being very clear about wanting committed players.  I've even gone so far of stopping just short of being rude in order to push away those who are toe dipping.
