Hello, My friend and I are looking to play in a D&D 5e game. We are both in need of help and are really looking for a friendly group that can guide or learn along with us. We have joined a group before and were not really helped at all. It gave us a stressful experience, so we are hoping this time it will be a better start.  Time available: Saturday Nights MST 6pm-9pm Group of 4-6 players  Need a DM that is patient and willing to answer questions.  Communications Mic, Discord
It might be really difficult for you and your friend to join an existing group if you do not know the basic rules of the game and the Roll20 functions as it really slows the game down. A campaign is also difficult as new players tend to be flakey after they try out the game and find it not the exact hobby they want to commit 3-5 hours every week. If you want, I could run a one-shot or a very short game that lasts a few sessions on your given time and teach you the basics and then you can try to join a real group. Let me know if that sounds like something you and your friend want, and be sure to also include in your post on how you want to use communications (Discord, mic or text, etc). Good luck!

That would be amazing and we would love to do either a one shot or a few session game. I have been wanting to play for a few years now and know some stuff due to watching streams but when it comes to the finer details I'm lost. My friend had played years back but forget. We have set time away dedicated to this game so are very much eager to learn. Knowing Roll20s function would allow us to have more options and would be greatly appreciated. We have Mics and discord.   ryanxwonbin said: It might be really difficult for you and your friend to join an existing group if you do not know the basic rules of the game and the Roll20 functions as it really slows the game down.
