Dynamic Lighting Can't be this difficult

So, is Dynamic Lighting broken or something?  I have created a token that is suppose to be a source of light. Players cannot see it. I tried messing with every setting. What gives?

Screen shots of the board and of settings would be helpful. Some common things to look for: 1. Verify that you are using LDL or UDL, not mixing. This must be true for page and tokens. (I recommend LDL for the time being) 2. Verify that the viewing tokens represent a character and that those characters are assigned to players (Control and edit permissions) 3. Verify that the viewing tokens have sight 4. Verify that if you are using regular fog of war, that you have revealed an area for the players. 5. Verify that there are no dynamic lighting blockers in the way. 6. Realize that Ctrl/Cmd-L is not a reliable way of checking a DL setup. It is meant to resolve Line of Sight issues.
