Stuck at Loading Screen

Anyone else having an issue launching their game?  Mine is stuck on a black loading screen after I click on Launch Game.  Any help would be appreciated!

I have the same issue. It just loads and loads..

Same problem for me (and it seems some others, going by the forums). Tried disabling all extensions, tried different browsers (without extensions), tried restarting computer, tried logging in and out a bunch of times. One time when I was logging out, strangely, it acted as if I was a brand new account - giving me the terms of service, resetting my username, showing no campaigns on my My Games tab, etc. That cleared away as soon as I logged out and in again. I would assume there is a problem on roll20's end :)

I just tried and it worked ok for me (in a small game with not many maps etc). I am in Australia as well if that makes any difference??

I have the same problem, it has been stuck on the loading now for 20 min, I have a charity one-shot in 3.5 hours so getting a bit worried. I live in Sweden. I got stuck on the loading screen for about 10 min first so I thought , just maybe it will help restarting the computer so I did, but now been stuck for the 20 min

I have the same problem. Tried deleting my caches, cookies and web history, stopping extensions, restarting my computer, restarting my internet, switching browser and none of it worked. It still just sits there on the loading screen forever.

Same problem. I've tried different devices and different browsers. I have a game tomorrow that I have to prepare for today. I will have to switch to another VTT if this problem isnt resolved in a couple of hours.

same here, even tried to run the tutorial to see if anything could get past the load but no...

I have the same problem and I am kinda starting to believe that this happens to Europeans because some people I play with from outside Europe have no issue to log in the game. 

I have the same problem, tried using a VPN service to connect from the US instead of Sweden and then everything worked again...

Same problem in Norway. Tried clearing my cache, restarted the computer, modem, tried both Google and Firefox as well as heavens forbid... Edge. But none of the browsers seem to get past the loading screen.&nbsp;

Same problem, Sweden as well. Neither custom games or games using official sheets works. Newly created games also fail to load.

Confirmed quick-fix. Get a VPN (there are lousy free ones), I routed through USA. ==&gt; Everything works. Seems like Swedish/Scandinavian IPs are blocked? Anyway, a VPN solves the issues temporarily.

Same issue here, and Sweden as well. Would an chrome-extension VPN work in this case? EDIT: SetupVPN-extension routed via USA works fine.

I'm having the same issue, so are my players. (all in sweden) I'm using edge, but I've tried firefox as well and neither browser can come past the ever present wall that is the loading screen. Is it a regional issue? Edit: Like some others have said, I also have a session due in less than 30 minutes. But it seems like that's fricking cancelled. An update from Roll20 would really be appreciated at this point.

No matter what I do it doesn't work EXCEPT when I use a VPN and teleport to the UK, instantly works.&nbsp; Not a big issue for me, but a huge issue for my players and a few of my DMs. Seriously, Roll20, what the actual fuck? Edit: Leaving what I wrote cus the frustration was real in the moment. Session that I had was almost cancelled because of this and no announcement from Roll20 was very frustrating to see. Would've loved to get some form of notification or acknowledgement of this in my inbox or something. Thankfully it was fixed just 20 minutes or so after session should've started, so we just started late. I have understanding for problems occuring and mistakes being made. But what could've caused something like this specifically localised to Sweden and Norway? I'm thankful for the quick response, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Same here! Me and my 4 players are all unable to get past the loading screen, we are all located in Sweden. Our game is scheduled in less than two hours, and any word or update from Roll20 would be greatly appreciated. I cannot prepare my session, but that wont matter if we cannot connect at all. If anyone gets word from Roll20, post it here, yeah?

What's weird is that my GM for tonight can't log in to his game, whereas I have no problem at all. We are both situated in Sweden.
