I already tried what <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5932962/help-group-initiative-for-pathfinder" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5932962/help-group-initiative-for-pathfinder</a> had suggested but it still hasn't worked.
Unlike 5E, Pathfinder uses the full word in the attribute. You can mouse over them on that sheet to see the correct spelling. I have mine set up this way:
