Creating sheets when you are not a programmer?

I was looking at running a game that is heavily modified from the original and was thinking about altering an available character sheet, I am not a programmer and know only a little about coding in HTML. The bits I have learned are from crafting web pages using Wordpress Wysiwyg interface and occasionally needing to looking at the source code. Is it possible to use a graphic interface HTML page builder to craft the character sheets? Is it worth even attmpting?

There is no such thing for sheets, and if you'd use a generic HTML/CSS GUI to create one, the code would require bunch of changes to adapt into Roll20. But depending on how different the game you play works form the original sheet, you might still be able to do it yourself, with just moving things around and following the patterns in the code. <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Building_Character_Sheets" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Building_Character_Sheets</a> have more info on this.
I was looking at that and just wondering if there was an easier way.....

Unfortunately there is no easier way. The best way is to find a sheet that already exists that is close to what you want, and tweak it.
