Dice roll indications

What I would like is an audio cue (sound) to indicate someone has rolled dice. And either a background color change or an avatar/token thumbnail in front of the roller roll.
This would be nice, I agree. Actually, it reminds me of another curiosity I have about the chat display: how does Roll20 decide when to put in a break and re-display the name of the person posting to chat? For instance, if I roll several macros in a row, it will populate chat with: Chris Clouser (GM) 2d20k1 (Keeping Highest Result) (9+14) = 14= rolling 1d20 (Basic Check) (13) = 13 rolling 1d10 (2) = 2 and so on, for a while (maybe 5 macros?), and then it will put in my name again eventually. How does it decide how long before it repeats my name? Because I'd actually prefer that it put my name for every time I sent something to chat, even if I do several in a row, since it can (for me) be somewhat less readable than I'd like. That is, I'd prefer to see the above be: Chris Clouser (GM) 2d20k1 (Keeping Highest Result) (9+14) = 14 Chris Clouser (GM) rolling 1d20 (Basic Check) (13) = 13 Chris Clouser (GM) rolling 1d10 (2) = 2
It puts that line break after every 6 rolls by the same person.
If the dice graphic/thumbnail is customizable, I'd like to support the suggestion.
