[LFP 4 TO 5 ][5E][FREE][18+][NEW PLAYERS WELCOME AND WANTED] Homebrew Campaign in 5E.

Hello people of Roll20 I'm Shektor. I've been a DM for the past 4 or 5 years, made a lot of real life Campaigns and only a short one on Roll20 and wanted to start a bigger and longer one. I'm in search of players (preferably ones from Europe for a simpler schedule). I speak 4 languages : Russian, French, Geman and English (sadly I'm not a native English speaker, so I might make some mistakes). Game Info. The game will be set in a kinda modified world of Faerun. Funny and whacky situations will happen (a lot of humor and nonsense), serious moments will happen too and will weight heavy on the players (player choice has an impact on the world and might have good or bad consequences). The game rules have also been changed by me, those will be addressed in the session 0. In this session I will go further into the story, lore and the rules of the game, also I will help new players to make a character. Allowed Races : All races are allowed except the ones from UA. Allowed Classes: All classes are allowed except the ones from UA. Player Application Format. Player Info. Name: Age: Pronoun: TTRPG Experience: Expectations From the Game: A little about yourself: Character Idea. If you want you can give me a brief character idea, if you have one.

Player Info. Name: Darryll Age: 25 Pronoun: He/Him TTRPG Experience: around 20 - 30, 4 hour sessions over three different campaigns. Expectations From the Game: I enjoy a good mix of role play and combat and I can generally get immersed in a setting fairly easy. A little about yourself: I am a kind person and I try to do some good. I am very shy but I tend to open up fairly quickly as I become more comfortable with people. I have another two friends who would like to join this campaign also I will post their applications separately, as we have been looking for little while now due to a couple of campaigns falling apart due to scheduling problems. We are all in the GMT time zone. Character Idea. I have a lot of different ideas so I don't mind waiting to fill in what the party may need.
Player Info. Name: Annah Age: 26 Pronoun: She/Her TTRPG Experience:a little of role-playing in the first few sessions of multiple campaigns Expectations From the Game: I like all of the so far, combat and rp mostly. The exploration part we didnt really get to but my character was fairly well set up for exploration A little about yourself: Myself and my 2 friends that I am applying with are super friendly and easy to get to know. We all have a love for dnd and wish to find a campaign that will last a while as the ones we have tried stopped because of personal circumstances for folk in the group. Character Idea. I like the idea of being an aarakocra/ranger being chaotic good. A little like Robin Hood in mentality. I'm also up for changing this if it doesn't fit with your story!
Player Info. Name: Ash Age: 25 Pronoun: He/Him TTRPG Experience: 6 sessions of around 3 - 4 hours. Expectations From the Game: I would like to be able to develop my character, both in combat and role play. A little about yourself: I have been looking for a long campaign to join with my friends for a while now and I am friendly and easy to get to know. Character Idea. A kenku(Cleric or Warlock) who is looking to help a deity, so they may reward them with the ability to fly.
Name: Matt Age: 30 Pronoun: him/he TTRPG Experience: On and off 10 years. Starting with IRL pathfinder and worked my way through the versions till I found roll20. Been on here for awhile now looking for good long-term games. Currently in a game Tuesday Nights. Comfortable with roll20/5e rules and mechanics.  Expectations From the Game: Looking for a long-term campaign with roleplay and inclusive people. Looking to make new friends and stories with them.  A little about yourself: Nerd from central USA. Work outside year around. Comes home to play video games, watch youtube, and relax. Waiting painfully for each months release of Dragonball Super manga chapters.  Character Idea. Basic Idea: Traveling alone with basic gear is a hot tempered human woman from nowhere. She was found as a child by wondering nomads and raised as their own by a loving couple. As she grew so did some peculiar traits. Although human, she had intense strength and mobility. Magic coursed through her like her own blood. Beautiful scales grew in patches throughout her body and nails sharpen and became tough as stone. The tribe she grew up with started to worry as she started to act out. Her desire for power grew and they noticed her eyeing the seats of the elders. Before internal troubles grew out of hand she was banished from the tribe until maturity found her or that heated temper was under control. Now she travels alone, searching for who a path to discover who she is and what purpose her life could have.
Player Info. Name: Mel     Age: 22 Pronoun: He/Him TTRPG Experience: 60 hours of dnd 5e Expectations From the Game: A good length steady campaign with steady and consistent people.  A little about yourself: My name is Mel. I play games, music, and study business. I am fairly relaxed and open to many things. Don't have much else to say. but you have any questions feel free to ask. Character Idea. If you want you can give me a brief character idea, if you have one. I have an idea for a genie warlock changeling. He leaves his changeling tribe to find something new. He eventually finds enjoyment meddling in the affairs of nobles and other such people. He uses his shapechanger powers to disguise himself and work his way into several different courts. He does this until he finds his way into the court of a wealthy noble who has interest in collecting oddities and treasure. He discovers a ring that seemingly calls to him. The calling becomes unbearable and one day the ring and a mysterious courtier that seemingly appeared from nowhere are gone. The changeling later discovers that the ring is the treasure of a dao genie. As a reward the genie offers to become his patron and impart special powers and gifts in exchange the changeling will spread his will across the world.  This is a rough draft and subject to refinement upon being selected. I am also okay with playing anything the party needs
Name: Thor Age: 22 Pronoun: he/him TTRPG Experience: i've played all D&D editions except 1st enough to learn the rules before switching to a new system, however i havent played in years due to moving away from my old group  Expectations From the Game: honestly, i just want something to take my mind off of things, i want to meet some people, have fun with them and play-pretend A little about yourself: im easy to get along with, i adapt well to the people around me, and i never disrespect someone until i consider them a good friend whom i know can take the joke Character Idea. I've always played a spell caster so i want to try something else, preferably a halfling barbarian, with no parents and a past of being exploited and treated/owned as a pet of rich nobles most of his life, he is eager for adventure and reluctant to enter large cities out of spite (or is it fear?)
Name: Adrian Age: 34 Pronoun: He/Him TTRGP Experience: Warhammer Fantasy, Hero Quest, Talisman. I have played a few games of 5E including a small campaign on Roll20 but unfortunately this campaign went dark. I have a pretty firm grasp of the mechanics of Roll20 under 5E and also a firm grasp of the rules. I have a mic set up and really enjoy RP/Combat. Character Idea Tasear "Tas" Oakenheel (Half-Elf) (Shaman, Spirit Warrior) Having seen his parents and tribe killed at a young age by an orc raiding party Tas was taken in by his father’s elvish relatives. Having spent many years training as a druid he eventually found his powers swaying to that of the elf shamans of old who had once been the worship of his father. Recognising the elements as the true source of nature he began to focus on increasing his combat capabilities, learning many weapon skills from the hunters of his new home while honing his connection with the spirit guardians of his ancestors. He learned how to track wild beasts and other larger smarter prey, sometimes offering her services to local villages as a mercenary for hire.  After several years Tas like his mother before him began to feel the pull for adventure and so with his tribes blessing set off in search of new lands to explore offering his services to those that needed them.
Player Application Format. Player Info. Name:Rei Age: 32 Pronoun: They/Them or She/Her TTRPG Experience: I've been a DM/player in DnD 5E, played 3.5, played FF Star Wars, and some other items.  Expectations From the Game: I like long and consistent campaigns that let players explore characters in both battle and RP, together and sometimes as self discovery. A little about yourself: I'm a nerd from the East Coast with a love of games of all kinds. Jokes will often go over my head at first because of my Autism, but as I get used to people over voice I start picking things up :) I work in disaster management, so every so often I do have a week or event where it is incommunicado.  Character Idea. I have an adoration for playing hippie Paladins. With the new Tasha's stuff, the options are endless. I know people think Paladins are boring and good do'ers, but I make my Paladins all about the following of your own path and ability, not societal expectations. The gods will understand in due time, my friend.
