[HELP] Macro denial if {floor} is met???

I probably know the answer is no, but is there a script that will check if a resource is at 0 and deny an ability's use if it is? For instance, a Monk uses his Ki ability, but is out of Ki points, is there a script that will check that resource, and if it is empty, kick out a message saying something like "You just can't do it, Captain.  You do not have the powerrrrrr!" I know I could probably spend a few hours working in Powercards to achieve this effect, but was hoping there was something simpler.

I havent seen any such script. If there were, it would have to be integrated with your attack roll, so its hard to see how such a script could be generalised, so its not surprising there isnt one.
