Hi guys! My name is White Spades, or Silver Spades on here. I started playing in early 2011 with 3.5e with a group of friends. I quickly became a forever DM and switched to 5e in about 2015. I am going to touch on some topics and ask some questions that I am going to leave below. If you feel that you want to contact me about what I do, how often I play, and pricing....It should all be included below but feel free to send me a private message! Q: How often will you be DMing? A: Right now just one day a week, Unless I get enough to be able to make this my full/part time job. Q: How long will each session be? A: I am debating about it based on how many people want to play! In order to be able to afford to do this as even a part time job, I will have to limit it! I believe that about 3 hours per session should be good. I may change pricing for longer games. Q: What is your pricing? A: I am planning on group prices vs individual prices and then per session vs per month. Message me or comment below on what you think is fair pricing. Q: Do you do one shot adventures? A: Not preferably. I like long adventures that take place once a week or twice a month depending on party availability. I can always do one shots, but they are priced differently. Q: What official modules have you run? A: I used to be a homebrew DM making custom games and maps. Now I have run Descent into Avernus and Rime of the Frost Maiden most of the time. Q: Why should I pay you? A: I have a good voice, lots of experience, and care about rule 0 more than anything. That is have fun! This is not adventure league so will tweak it to fit the party! I have over 9 years of experience (still got some to learn but have handled a lot of crazy adventurers due to crazy players and murder hobos). At this point I just have questions for you guys! What would you like to see available, what would you pay for a long campaign , and if you generally play with a group already available how often do you play? I used to do $1 per hour of gameplay per person. However this did not make it enough for me to do this as a living. I love Dungeons & Dragons and would love to be able to both: do this as a job as well as teach others the joy of this fantastic roleplaying game. Like I said above, please comment on what you think, as well as what you think a fair price would be. I know that a few other DMs that I know are getting about $200 per group per month and only runs 1 group. I want to run multiple groups on multiple days. I just need to know if this is a feasible option and if I am being fiscally responsible by charging the right price to pay bills. I know that last bit got a bit personal and am going to digress. Please comment below! I am more than happy to answer any questions! Signed, DM Spadez
