Tasha's missing content

More character options.  Delve into a collection of new class features and new feats with Roll20 Charactermancer and character sheet integration, and customize your character’s origin using straightforward rules for modifying a character’s racial traits. and customize your character’s origin using straightforward rules for modifying a character’s racial traits. so as it currently stands, this is not in roll20. can we please get a comment from the DEV team that you are working on this and maybe a rough ETA of when we should have it...
+1 to this. Whole reason I bought Tasha's on here for for this feature. Seems kinda like a waste at the moment though.
I also found that subclass features are not working as they should through the charactermancer. such as the rune knight level 3 ability Rune Carver. I am currently looking through to see if I notice any other missing bits from the charactermancer now.
Yeah, there are huge caps in comparability. The variant ranger features dont work. The other features and options segments cant be dragged in. The lineage race isnt included. The feats dont increase your stats, and the ability to modify your racial ASI is missing. The Roll20 needs to sort this out, because theyve really dropped the ball on this one.

lol. this feels really. really bad.
I have never seen this bad of implementation; even with the compendium in game it is a mess to see anything at all, let alone how charactermancer is just straight up screwing up characters. Without even starting to talk about how the custome races are just not a thing directly from Tasha's; you need to go in and make a custom race from scratch. What did i pay you for? For integration, if i wanted to need to add things by hand i would of bought a pdf or imported them over from DnD Beyond.
Hopefully they figure this out soon. The compendium for these things is essentially useless right now and we all paid a pretty penny for this. I'm having to go through the web compendium to copy and paste which is really frustrating, especially for those of us that struggle with these things.

Given this cost almost twice as much as as the book on DnD Beyond, this is pretty inexcusable. I'm a software engineer at a large tech company and if we launch something, it either a) has been thoroughly tested and works b) delay launch and roll out the features gradually (clearly not desirable for Tasha's given the desire to meet the Nov 17 release date) or c) offer some incentive to offset the initial buggy experience. Roll20 should have either discounted preorders or bundled N months of subscription, rather than making us pay to be beta testers.

Even just a message to say "hey things will be missing from implementation on day 1, we expect it to take X time"  Also a software engineer and people would be getting fired if a release was so mis-marketed and incomplete on release.

Joshua G. said: Even just a message to say "hey things will be missing from implementation on day 1, we expect it to take X time"  Echoing this! The lack of communication around all of this is just astounding. It would be far easier to be understanding if it felt like the developers were legitimately working on it, rather than leaving users to flounder around in the darkness wondering what's going on.
@roll20app we as players and DMs want answers to where the direction is going with tasha's. are you going to give us more then just the $50 copy and paste awefulness that you did or are you going to work on stuff like @DnDBeyond team did? this is my twitter post calling to get a message from the DEV team.
