Help with: Previous shutdown complete, starting up...

Hello, I'm having this issue. I already read other posts about this and tried having a tab with the game and a tab with the API page. I tried on different PCs (Win7 Firefox and Win10 Firefox) and my phone nothing works.

Are there any addons running on those browsers?&nbsp; You might try a private window or manually disable all addons to see if that is an issue. One place to find the troubleshooting steps is here: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues</a>
I tried that, didn't work. Win 7 firefox only had one addon "gramarly" I disabled that and still nothing, Win10 firefox doesn't have addons. I tried with a fresh Chrome install, nothing.
Chrome:
The browser only shows warnings. The error does not seem to occur in the browser.&nbsp; Which script are you running? What happens if you disable that script and startup the sandbox with &nbsp;for example the health aura script? This script posts a message in the chat when ready - bringing you one step further in determining the location of the issue. Alternatively you can copy the game and add the same scripts to see what happens.
It fixed itself by having more than one player log in to the game.
So it doesn't fix itself without more than one player?
Yeah when two players are logged in the game it works normally. It seems that games API gets deactivated if no one logs in in a while.
