Crashing issues :(

I could previously load many of my maps, tokens, images, etc. But tried holding a session with my players and it turns out some would go into a grayed out kinda no tokens kinda vision.. um I have like 4 parties and until we figure out if it's cause the new updates don't allow a certain amount of megabytes to upload.. on one of my maps it's around 1256 bytes.. how do we submit tickets around here? Cause I've spent $540 on books and it's a bit disheartening.. :(
