5e - All adventures and modules should add to your compendium.

Alrighty, I opened a ticket during Roll20Con because they said this should already happen. The ticket was closed as they said it doesn't and it should be suggested. I own many adventures from the WOTC marketplace, is there a way I could get all my modules and adventures to add the (MAGIC ITEMS / MONSTERS) to my compendium. I run a homebrew one shot dungeon crawl that goes through the original 2nd Ed Undermountain. I also own Dungeon of the Mad Mage.... but I don't have access to the DotMM monsters in my compendium. So I'd have to hand enter or jump through a few hoops to bring my monsters over from all my purchases. I feel that if you bought an adventure or module, those should add to the compendium.

I second this. Bought a D&D 5E adventure just to get a Giant Skeleton token and stats block in the Compendium and guess what? None of the monsters or gear got added because they didn't provide that. This is simply an issue where Roll20 need to get a resource to re-do some of the older Market Place items to get these added. Which of course I think they should do but will they be willing to pay to get that done? Time will tell but I have my doubts that it will happen because they have made no announcement on it.
I do wish to point out that with a Pro subscription you have the transmogrifier that can transfer these things between games. If you go to the cog then the bottom you'll see the button and you can pull the items from on game to the one you are in.

Certain books add to a compendium, others do not... Comparing to DNDBeyond, once you add a purchase... its all in a compendium. Straight up... no hoops to jump through.

the transmogrifier that can transfer these things between games. Literally what it does, nothing to do with the compendiums(Compendiums can be edited by users). Moves things from the journal page of one game to another. https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037774433-Transmogrifier Comparing to DNDBeyond, once you add a purchase... its all in a compendium. I believe that older modules are being converted to have compendium content as time allows.

+1 for this. I'd really like if a Roll20 Resource could confirm what Keith said.
This is one of the most frustrating things, I also think the magic items etc. should be able to be imported as handouts without "Transmogrifier" as I already own the damn modules...
