Alien - Free League - Module Dynamic Lighting Issues

Hi, Both Chariot of the Gods and Destroyer of Worlds say they are set up to use with Dynamic Lighting. Neither of them are when I make a game with them - I can see that someone has drawn lines on the lighting layer, but no tokens are activated with sight and, at most, the Dynamic Lighting box is ticked but nothing else. Is this is something that was pulled and the entry was not updated? In a way I can see why, most people wouldn't be super interested in using the DL, but I had some ideas around it so wondering if it's just an issue I'm experiencing, if it's not finished yet, or if it will never be finished? If the latter, please can you update the Marketplace entry so that it's correct. Please can you also let me know who made this product, Free League or the Roll20 team? Many thanks, Simon

Hi, support haven't been able to resolve the issue with this, or answer any questions. Hoping someone can answer here? I'm running a game with it on Friday at 8pm gmt

For efficiency, most NPC/Monster tokens should not be set with "Has Sight" as it can slow the game down if too many tokens can see. Usually player tokens should be the only ones that have sight enabled. As the GM you can see everything. If you have a question about an NPC's line of sight to a player token, you can select the player token and use Ctrl-L and check line of sight to the NPC. The ruler can also be handy for this. If it's the player tokens that need sight, you can set that up once on a token and then update the character's default token. Edit a player token to set it the way you want it to work/appear. Leave the token selected. Open the character sheet that token represents. Click the Edit button. If there is a token in the Default Token (Optional) section, hover the mouse over the upper right corner of that square and click Remove. Confirm the deletion. Now click the Use Selected Token button. Click Save Changes. Now, any time you or a player drags a player character sheet's name onto the table top, it will create a token just like the one you had selected.
Thanks for the response matey, I've been DMing for several years with dynamic lighting on Roll20 now, I know how to set this stuff up for my own campaigns. My questions are specifically around the Alien Modules that claim to have dynamic lighting set up but don't appear to. The tokens to which I refer are the pregen PCs that come with the game which you would expect to have vision set up for if dynamic lighting was active. Basically I'm trying to find out if it's a bug, another half-arsed and incomplete pair of modules, or if it's just been entirely mis-sold. If it's just the PCs' tokens, it's probably an oversight, but one that can be fixed easily as described. You can report it via a Help Center Request as Andreas suggested, and they might fix it in a future update.
Unfortunately the page options also aren't set up correctly either. I reported it to the help centre on 22nd but no joy as yet, they just asked for the game link and nothing since, that's why I'm back here. Obviously I can fix it myself, but I shouldn't have to - if something is sold as having dynamic lighting set up, then it should be set up correctly. Ah, yes, page options should be set out of the box, I agree. Keep in mind that the Help Desk is taking a while to get around to fixing things due to the sheer volume of tickets they have to deal with. You may want to start with maps that will be used first, and hopefully they will get to fixing this before you have to do the later maps. Otherwise, you can ask for a refund or postpone your game until it is fixed and play something else.
