Try reloading the page?

Try hovering near the top of the input box and see if your cursor changes to a resizing cursor. If not, the reload solution will probably work. Ah, I remember this one now. It's counterintuitive, due to the way the bottom of the box is glued to the bottom of the content. Drag the resizing corner on the lower right up and possibly to the left a bit. This will drag the top of the box down. But yeah, reloading is easier.
