Deleted a Campaign, now I can't access any Campaigns

EDIT: Resolved Heed my words the support team are skilled people, I believe the issue was caused because I deleted multiple, around 10, very large clones of my main campaign within the span of a minute... so there was caching issues on my end as well that a good 'shift + F5' on the loading page in question helped fix. If you experience similar symptoms try that so the support team doesn't have to untangle the basics from the actual issue. Backstory So I used to have a Pro account and uploaded 970 MB of assets. Things changed my campaign came to a conclusion and I took a back seat to GMing, so I decided in the interim until I was called upon again that I might as well save some money and downgrade to a free account while I was been a player. 11/23/2020 (6:00 PM East Australia Time Zone) I'm thinking of doing a one-shot on my Free account, but my asset library has 970 MB of assets and is way over the 100 MB limit. As per the recommendation on the page that states that I have exceeded the limits, I decided to delete some assets. First off I deleted a bunch of my old campaigns, I wouldn't be restoring them even when I upgrade my subscription again. .... and that's when my issues started. The Issue I left my major campaign until last, still exceeding 800 MB all on its own, I chose to launch one last time after deleting the chat log. ... and yet it never launched. I was stuck in the loading screen the count down never initiated. Worried I went to login into my friend's campaign, the same result stuck on the loading screen. I went to another friend's campaign - yet again stuck in an eternal loading screen. I tried creating a new campaign, it looked like it launched yet when the familiar white was presented it was clear something was amiss, the UI was out of place and my purchased compendiums were not available. What I desire as a conclusion My First priority is been able to access my friend's campaigns, I have 3 D&D games nights a week that I do not wish to miss. Second to have the ability to create a new functioning campaign with all my purchased compendium data.

You need to file a Help Center Request . Since this involves account info, it needs to be handled more directly. You can also try writing to team@roll20.net. As a note (though its too late now), deleting a game has almost zero bearing on your storage allotment. Storage is almost entirely calculated by your art library uploads and uploaded audio. For example, I have over a hundred games (mostly for testing and troubleshooting), and they have little to no bearing on my storage space. Assets placed in a campaign merely point toward the actual file in the art library.
ty I have done so as per your advice. good to know about the storage allotment - I assure you once I get this fixed (fingers crossed soon) I won't be ever deleting anything on Roll 20 again.
