A prettty sever and very strange, glitch I'm experiencing

I'm trying to run the Dead Suns adventure path for Starfinder, but have now twice experienced a game-ruining glitch in the game I've set up for it. Sometimes, when I load in, I will be met with this: Scrollbar is in the center. My voice and video settings are reset (I earlier set them to nameplates only and to receive and broadcast nothing). The image you're seeing was taken from a page that should have a map on it. Moving between pages does not change the result. Leaving and coming back doesn't change the result, and the property persists on both Chrome and Firefox. It seems as if, once this happens, a game is completely shot. Copying the game and making a new one fixes it... until the glitch happens again in the new game and ruins it again. The second time this happened, it happened right after I added the Starfinder sheets to the copy of the game. Removing character sheets gets rid of the problem, but adding any sheet (not just the default starfinder one) makes it come back. Also, this might be a coincidence, but problems started right after I switched to updated dynamic lighting. The thingy says that switching back to legacy lighting is "as simple as updating the page settings" but I cannot find a way to do it. This is obviously really, really bad. Copying the game doesn't seem to preserve the character sheets, and I already have on player who is seemingly going to have to make their sheet again because of this. It looks like I might not even be able to use roll20 sheets over this, which is very annoying. Is there anything anyone can do to help me with this? Edit: After further experimentation, not all sheets cause problems. The Pathfinder and 13th age ones were fine. Just both of the Starfinder ones seem to be bad, so, you know, the ones I need. Edit: The problem is randomly gone now, and the one player's sheet seems to have carried over after all. Still, I'm worried the issue will come back.
same with our D and D game
I'm getting the same thing.  Fingers crossed it comes back before tonight!  We have a streak going on our 7-month-old weekly game where we have never once been affected by a Roll20 outage.  Don't break the streak!
Hey, it looks like we're back!  I was just able to refresh and get in normally.
