Exploding Success Dice that give +1 bonus successes, but cancelled by 1's rolled

Is it possible to have a specific type of exploding dice when using the "Successes" system? The way it would work is this: For every 'maximum' value rolled on the die (e.g. 10 on 1d10 or 6 on 1d6), the number of total successes is incremented by +1 (in addition to the success generated by rolling equal to or above the target number). These 'exploding successes' can be cancelled by any 1's that were rolled on any of the dice. However, 'normal' successes (those that were over the Target Number to begin with) cannot be cancelled by 1's, only the 'exploding' extra successes can be cancelled. Examples: Rolling 5d10>6  (TN = 6) 2 3 6 9 10 would give 4 Successes (6, 9, and 10 meet/exceed the TN of 6, and the 10 gives +1 success) 1 3 6 9 10 would give 3 Successes (6, 9, and 10 meet/exceed the TN of 6, and the +1 success from the 10 is cancelled by the 1) 1 3 6 9 9 would give 3 Successes (6, 9, and 10 meet/exceed the TN of 6, but the 1 doesn't cancel anything since no dice exploded) 1 6 7 10 10 would give 5 Successes (6, 7, 10, and 10 meet/exceed the TN of 6, and the two 10's give +2 successes, with 1 cancelled by the rolled 1) Thanks!
