Data Protection issue

Hi, I did fill and send a form on the Roll20 "Contact us" page regarding a possible data protection issue. I know that queries filed in this way can take a while to be dealt with, but is there any way, dear Roll20, that you could prioritise this one as it relates to a third party maybe having created an account in someone else's name (why would anyone do that, you might ask? The answer is simple. My wife's abusive ex-husband has a habit of creating administrative chaos and/or hacking just for the fun of being a pain in the backside. Sometimes, however, these ended up with the bailiff on my mother-in-law's doorstep to seize assets in repayment for a loan it turns out she never took). With all this in mind, you can understand why I would like this resolved a.s.a.p. Thank you for your understanding.
Hi Christophe, Thanks for this information. We're currently looking into this and it's been escalated to the appropriate parties on our team. I'll be closing this post and further correspondence will occur via email. Thank you.
