Visual Novel-Style Text Popups

I saw this feature made by a player on Pelgrane Press' Twitch channel for Foundry VTT, and I would love to see something similar for Roll20: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6A8ORdQG_RA The idea is that whenever someone types text into the chat (presumably not dice rolls) and presses return, displaying their text in the chatbox, the text is also displayed for everyone to see as a "pop-up" on the left side of the screen along with the author's character portrait. Ideally, it would also type out the text, so that it looks like what you would see in a Visual Novel. If someone sent a whisper, presumably only those two players would see it. Aside from really liking the Visual Novel feel of it, I feel like it would be a cool way to enhance inter-party side conversations as the "main" action is going on verbally between the GM and player(s).
