docker: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon

So I was adding some API's to a new game (once I have used before on other sessions) and after adding another common one, an error occurred with the following: docker: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?. See 'docker run --help'. I have cleared all API's after following the Disable option on them (I don't know much in editing API's so I haven't edited any codes on the 2 that I add separate from the API Library.) Any assistance with this would be great!
Same there :/

I haven't changed my game at all since last week and I have the same error. I suspect it's a global API issue with the whole of roll20?
Same here, but only for one of my 3 games.

Does refreshing both pages and then restarting the sandbox resolve the issue?

@The Aaron: Both pages? I tried refreshing both the API page and the VTT page and then restarting but it doesn't do anything. I will try logging in and out to check. Nope; logging in and out changes nothing. I get the same error. But it's only one that one game, and I haven't changed any of the api in weeks.

Ok. I escalated the issue to the devs.  Docker is part of the server infrastructure, so there shouldn't be an issue with a particular script.

@The Aaron: Thanks Sir!
Appreciate it  The Aaron  . yeah I’ve tried everything that had been mentioned in this forum.
I am also having this same issue. I have done everything discussed and it is still persistent. And it is only for one of my games, my others are all still functioning. If an answer is found it would be greatly appreciated if it is posted in here afterwards.

it's fixed for me now; I just reloaded the api tab and it was fine.
Yeah that just happened for me too. Thanks to who ever worked that out.

Great!  Glad to hear it's working now.  I'll pass on the thanks. =D
Same! This has been fixed!  Appreciate the assistance!
Sad to announce, i am still getting this error :(  I've refreshed, cleared cache and cookies, used incognito mode, different browsers... etc.. is anyone else still experiencing this?
I'm still having the issue as well.
I am also getting this issue. Refreshing and restarting does not seem to help. docker: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?.
Similar issue. It's happening in one of my games, but not in the other two.
Same here.

Me as well just got it
Seems to be system wide. Perfect time to crash the site when I finally get to run a game. Thanks Roll20!
I got the same error, but only on my main game, sadly, it's still going on even after i've disabled all my API's and restarted the sandbox.  Welp >:
Same here. Was working fine yesterday but today I'm getting this error. Disabled all scripts, restarted api sandbox, refreshed the page but no change. I also tried to uninstall a script and then reinstall it and now it seems the console is stuck in startup
Hello. I have the same error. How to fix it or when will it be fixed?
Ditto... started last night and continues this morning.
same here sadly, tried refreshing, but nothing happened
I'm having the same issue with the Genesys Dice Roller script.

It appears (to me) to be an API Server Infrastructure issue.  I know the devs are looking at it right now.  Hopefully there will be a solution soon.
Thank you Aaron, appreciate the support as always
Still having the same problem

When I try to restart the API sandbox I get this now and then nothing happens, as if it's stuck in booting

Nerz said: When I try to restart the API sandbox I get this now and then nothing happens, as if it's stuck in booting Usually that means you need to be logged into the game also, or possibly need to refresh there as well,
Thanks Aaron. Seems to be working now :)
Just popping back to say that this is now working, thank you to the community and of course to Aaron for your support.  As stated above, you need to log into your effected game before you try to restart the sand box or it just stalls on "starting up..." Thanks all
