D&D 3.5 Rotating DM

Hey guys, So here's the idea (I'm not going to take credit and say MY idea) I want to run a weekly D&D 3.5 game with a floating DM. Every week one of the players will take the reigns and run the game. The goal is to get Roll20 players who have always thought about DMing but never pulled the trigger to try their ideas or learn from guys who have ran before. I'm hoping for a Thursday 8:00pm central time game. I'll run it the first week to get the ball rolling. We will be using Skype for voice chat so if that's something you are against, then this might not be for you. Starting lvl will be 1st. Books to use will be Players Handbook 1&2 and the complete series. All I require is that you be able to make it to the game and only join if you are sure you'll actually run the game when it's your turn. This isn't going to work if you join in hopes that everyone will run a session before you and are not willing to run a session yourself. So let me know if you are interested. I'm hoping for a great game or at least a great gaming learning experience.

I'd be really interested in this, but I don't like using Skype. ETA: I have very little DM experience.
Is there another program you would like to use for voice or is it the voice chat itself that is the problem?
Sounds interesting, but I already run on thursday. If it moves to friday, let me know.
I have nothing against Skype in general, it just seems that I always get bothered a lot by other friends when logged in. I prefer the teamspeak in Roll20 app, but I'm not opposed to G+ or something similar.
