Hello all, I'm currently in the late planning stages of a new community campaign (similar to West Marches-style) which I am hoping to open to players late December or early January. In order to facilitate a good experience for the players, I'm recruiting DMs that are willing to run sessions for the community (at least one per month but if you can run more that's of course appreciated.) If you've wanted to try DMing for a community game in the past this is a great opportunity - get in on the ground floor and help to mold the creative direction of the community campaign. Potential DMs for the community will be: Able to run sessions that stick to their posted stop/start time. Able to be an impartial arbiter of the rules and treat ALL players fairly and without showing favoritism. Able to follow the community rules particularly as it relates to making sure your sessions do not negatively impact other DM's sessions (i.e., no sessions that drastically change the game world.) Able to run sessions within a set of rules (i.e., providing a balanced amount of treasure/loot in a session, not randomly creating custom items, etc.) Willing to put in the necessary work to make the community a success (namely, the small amount of pre-work needed before a session to get all players sheets into the Adventuring Shard and the post-work to move them back as well as updating the community tracking sheet with exp/gold/special items the PCs obtained.) I'm also willing to teach prospective new DMs if you've always had an interest in DMing but never had the opportunity. If after reading the above this sounds like something you'd be interested in, please reach out. My Discord tag is Adam#3483 -Adam
