Can't Change Roll20 Template

When I first created my game as a DM it used the default Roll20 template All I had to do was go into my game settings, change the character sheets to "D&D 5e by Roll20" and it changed it to the following: All rolls were, and still are, done in DnD Beyond with the Beyond 20 chrome extension. The character sheets on Roll20 were blank but when I rolled with DnD Beyond it used the D&D 5e by Roll20 template with no problems. However, I recently made a new one shot game and after changing to "D&D 5e by Roll20" like I did the first time, the roll template still shows as the default. Not only that but no matter what character sheet settings I change to, it still rolls on the default template. On top of that, my old game is now rolling with the default template instead of the D&D 5e despite not changing any settings on it. How do I change my games to use the D&D 5e by Roll 20? Where have I gone wrong/what am I missing? I've been searching through the forums and couldn't find a solution.

You need to go wherever you get support for Beyond 20.  That is a 3rd party extension that isn't supported by Roll20.
The change of message was caused by the beyond20 extension. There was an updated to the roll20 interface a week ago that prevented the correct display by beyond20, and it took the beyond20 extension developers a little time to get out a new version. A new version of beyond20 was released last night (around 10pm GMT on Firefox, some time later on Chrome) which fixes this problem (and has some nice other updates).
Fantastic, it works perfectly now, thank you : )
