I wouldn't want it to be the default but I've played many characters in 5e and the most annoying thing about using roll20 in the minute-to-minute is that if you have lots of damage modifiers and you crit the damage is presented in several chunks. For instance, if you crit a favored enemy with hunter's mark, the site will spit out: 4+2 8+11 4 It would reduce human error and speed up the minutia of combat immensely for me if there was an aggregate damage option, especially for crits. Things like Hunter's mark, rage, sneak attack, and many more simply add damage to the weapon attack and there's no mechanical difference between that extra damage and the damage of the original attack.
