Compendium bug

Last night, during my game, I was searching in the compendium for some information.  Instead of the information coming up, instead I got: An error has occurred. From that point on during the game, the compendium was completely unavailable.

Hi Saul, You are far more likely to get dev eyes on this with a  Help Center Request . That will generate a ticket. It wold also be helpful to post a console log from the next time this happens. I'll post the standard troubleshooting steps below. Grabbing a console log is detailed in the link for Step 4. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Thanks.  I'll file a help center request as well.  As for troubleshooting and getting the logs... it's hard to do that in the middle of a game without annoying the players. We only have a limited time each week and they get annoyed enough as it is with the api crashing (haven't figured out why yet), rules arguments/discussions, etc.

I know what you mean. Most Console Logs I post are from things I can repeat later. During the game is really hard.
