Creating Pages based off Adventure Paths

Okay, so my group is having a rotational play of who is the GM. Eventually it's going to be my turn. With me having a full time job and more access to money than the other players, I thought I might put some cash into it, and buy one of the adventure paths to help spice it up. My question is - I know I can either purchase the hard copy (book), or PDF, and it will have everything I need in it. But, I want to ask, what do people do in regards to getting the adventure path maps/areas whatever you want to call them ONTO Roll20. For example, this page here lists what I am looking at: http://paizo.com/pathfinder/adventurePath I've never had or seen one, so I don't really know what comes with them, but I would safely assume that Roll20 doesn't have every single "PathFinder" area in their art. Do you have to create each area from nothing based on the descriptions/maps shown? Or do people scour the internet for a premade map and upload it? I'd like to really put some effort into these maps overall and make them good/accurate, so was hoping for the best advice to do this.
If you buy the PDF copies, you can extract the images of maps very easily and drop those images (and snap them into the grid) into Roll20.
Oh brilliant. Thanks. What program would you use for that?

I use gimp for my image work. It is free and can do almost everything that photoshop can do.
I use Adobe Acrobat, but there are other (free) Pdf readers that can extract images. With a Quick search i found: Other ways to Extract
I just did my first pathfinder map from the beginner box, just used the print screen button and Paint that comes with windows. Resize it for the grid and then Align to grid with Roll20
SnagIt is also very handy for grabbing stuff off your screen. I use it to grab the maps, pictures, or to grab just the head of a picture for a token. In general, the Roll20 library isn't going to have what you want. You're going to have to grab maps, pictures, tokens, etc. ahead of time. SnagIt, Google Images, the Dunjinni user library, etc. are going to be your friends.

For adventure paths - the maps provided in the PDFs are low-quality. I've found that they look like arse sized up to anything useable in roll20. GIMP is great for creating maps. If you're ever interested, I can show you some of the differences between screen-shot PDF maps and custom made maps for Jade Regent AP.
Thanks for the help everyone I'll invest into all this!
The PDF copies always worked fone for me, also, many maps have been recreated and improved upon by map makers, you just need to search for them.
