When leveling up through the Charactermancer Artificers do not ever gain any spells. I don't know if this is unique to Tasha's or not, as I never bought the Eberron books on the Marketplace. This has been a problem since Day 1 with TCoE, and I was really hoping it would be fixed by now.

It was not a problem with Eberron. This is new with Tasha's. With marketplace content, however, the way to file a bug report is through a  Help Center Request . They are unlikely to see the issue in a forum post.
