If you're one of the unfortunate folk to purchase this product recently, this is due to a fault with some sort of glitch as we have 'deactivated' the product on our end from the marketplace while we resolve this issue (because it is taking some time for Roll20 to fix). Since deactivating, this glitch has caused the product to be placed on the front page of the marketplace. We have again contacted Roll20 to inform them of this new issue and are still waiting for a resolution. I would advise folks to get a refund as it has been a few months now since this issue popped up and still waiting for a fix. Cheers! Connor Chibbin Grove
