roll20 ogl sheet - how to add custom global modifier

basically title - is there possibility to somehow add global (ac/attack) modifiers?

Yes there is - on the Settings tab, there are checkboxes for all the global modifiers - once you have checked the boxes, there will be new fields on the Core tab where you can enter modifiers (they're all in different places around the sheet).

Ah thanks! was looking in game - did not occur to me it might be outside.. Still curious if it is possible to add that via api (chatsetattr for example) inside game/macro/script

When I say the Settings tab, I mean the Settings tab on the character sheet - the little cog icon. It's a per-sheet setting, not a campaign setting. And yes, you can toggle globals on and off with chatSetAttr (or other API scripts). They're repeating sections with names along the lines of: @{selected|repeating_tohitmod_$0_global_attack_active_flag}
