Not concerned about experience- New Freshie Runners, or old Vets- I do not care. I just need some Runners to do some work- yours Truely- Mr. Johnson -------- In more seriousness, I am A GM looking for Some fun in a cyberpunk setting, and Shadowrun has never disappointed me- So I'm sending out this Post to see if I can find some interest in the game, since I see mostly folks just wanting to play cyberpunk 2077(damn game), so Why not Take advantage of the interest and toss out a game in a similar Vein I am planning on running this game on Wednesdays, with time being Negotiable- the System will be Shadowrun 4e (I'm willing to provide the References if you don't have any of the books) , and We will be allowing basically anything official for 4e. if you are wondering why 4e and not 5e Shadowrun- because I know how to play 4e and never read 5e.... If this interests you Please PM/DM me
Hi there Necrodrake, I'm interested in your game. Although I have more experience with 2nd, 3rd or 5th edition, I have played 4th, and the Anniversary Edition of 4th is very well made, so if that's what you are aiming at, I'd be happy to poke my head in the door and see where things end up. As you might have surmised, I'm a bit of a veteran of the setting, and know the lore fairly well, having been (occasionally) player and (several times) storyteller since '92. By the standards from "newer" players, I'm somewhat atypical, since I actually dislike episodic, heist-oriented games, and strongly prefer deeper, overarching stories that span significant amounts of time, both IRL and in game. Of course, I don't expect that our characters notice this out of the game, but deeper plots and intrigue are what I'm aiming for, and "monster of the week" pink mohawk games, or yet another Ocean's 11 or John Wick clone just don't hold my interest. If the above suits you, and you don't mind an older player, let me know, and we can exchange contact info. Regards, Pat
Hi! I may be interested. I am in GMT +1.
