Warhammer Fantasy 4e Character Sheet Issues - Global Modifier for Conditions

Hi all - I'm wondering if the Global Modifier field in the Conditions section of this character sheet is supposed to auto-apply a penalty to all rolls? Because it doesn't appear to be doing that. Also - what is the correct forum for submitting compendium/character sheet bugs? Is this it? Is there a place I could submit a ticket to the sheet/compendium author more directly, or do I just pray that they're reading every forum post?

Sorry for the late reply, which Modifier in Conditions section are you referring to exactly? (they all have a name, Ablaze, Bleeding,.. etc). Also have you turned on full condition tracking in the settings tab, otherwise only Advantage is tracked. This forum is fine, you can just DM author/me for this sheet (not the official one ;), or Github submit a issue. Of course this is not my Job, but i will see DM the fastest i do usually play weekly.
