PF2E "show action icon for actions, feats and spells"?

Hi, sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find it.

In the options tab of the Pathfinder 2nd ed character sheet, there's a check box "show action icon for actions, feats and spells". Any idea what it does? I haven't seen a difference when I click it on or off.

At the top of this forum is a stickied thread specifically for this game system/sheet.  Since that thread is monitored by the person that works on the sheet, you might want to post there.
